Who do I speak to if I need repairs in my home sorted?

Report and track any problems relating to your tenancy, within your PropertyLoop account.

Reporting repairs:

If you’re in need of a repair being done, you can easily report it online using our ‘report a repair’ tool on your PropertyLoop account. Please note, repairs get fixed quicker if images or videos are submitted so please have your smart phones at the ready! Remember a landlord isn’t responsible for repairs until they know about them, so you must inform them of any problems. Reporting a repair is likely to be a condition of your Tenancy Agreement so it’s best to report any problem you encounter, even if it seems small or minor.
