Do I need to have experience?

Yes. For this role, we are after individuals who are in senior positions and have been active agents for the last 12 months as well as dealing with landlords or vendors and doing valuations and instructions directly. You must actively be taking care of transactions from enquiry, listing and through to completion in your current role.

How much can I earn?

Year one OTEs are £50-90k rising to £120k+ in year two and beyond. Agents earn 4x more in fees per transaction than an ordinary employed High Street agent. Contact us to find out more.

Why do you have a waiting list for Principal Agents?

We carefully select our Principal Agents based on their experience, our company's growth, client demand, and available training. To ensure success and maximum potential, our Principal Agents are supported by Growth Managers.

Currently, we are only seeking applicants with senior backgrounds in Estate Agency, such as valuers, managers, or those in senior employment positions, who are capable of hitting the ground running. To be considered, applicants must have been active in the industry for the past 12 months and provide evidence of their sales and lettings history.

To get the most out of all PropertyLoop client interactions, Principal Agents must treat this role as they would a full-time employed position.
