The Overview section of your PropertyLoop landlord account provides a clear summary of how your properties are performing on the platform. This dashboard is designed to give you quick access to essential statistics and insights, helping you stay informed and in control of your rental portfolio.
Within the portfolio overview, you can easily see how many properties you’ve added to the platform. It also shows how many of those are currently live on the market with an agent, the number of active tenancies you have in place, and the total number of offers you've received across all your listings.
For properties that are actively being marketed, you can dive deeper into individual performance metrics. If you have multiple listings, you can switch between them to view data for each one. For any specific property, the system displays how many days it has been listed, the number of viewings that have been booked, and how many times the listing has been viewed online. This includes how often the agent's advertisement has been seen by potential renters.
Additionally, you can see how many inquiries your agent has received for the property, how many of those inquiries have turned into viewings, and the number of offers submitted. This information gives you a clear picture of how well your property is performing on the market and how effectively it is being promoted.
