This article sets out the fees that may be charged by PropertyLoop to Landlords and Tenants. Some services are optional and only apply if selected.

Compliance & Legal Services (Optional)
These services are legal requirements for most tenancies. Landlords may arrange them independently or choose PropertyLoop to arrange them on their behalf.

PropertyLoop does not charge tenants the following:

Fees That May Apply to Tenants
The only tenant fees that may apply are listed below.
Change of Occupancy

Applies where a tenant is added, removed, or replaced during an existing tenancy
Early Termination

Charged only where a tenant requests to leave the tenancy early

Fees are limited to the landlord’s reasonable costs, in line with legislation
